Pursuant to Law no. 675 of December 31, 1996 (Law on Personally Identifiable Information Protection), i3 srl (i3), in its capacity as controller of the processing is bound to provide you with some information regarding the purposes and modalities of the treatment of your personally identifiable information.

In this connection we hereby inform that i3 collects and processes the personally identifiable information voluntarily supplied by subjects interested in using the services available at i3net.it Web Site and purchasing the goods and services offered for which i3 acts as the web site owner and manager.

a) Purpose: the personally identifiable information will be processed and used in order to fulfil the order and provide the services required. Your data may be passed on to the courier and any other party involved in the various phases of the order fulfilment and delivery processes.

The holder and controller of the submitted personally identifiable information is i3 srl, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of Italy, having its registered office in Rome, Viale Aldo Ballarin no. 4.

Registration Limitation

In consideration of your use of the registration service, you agree to:

E-account Termination
You agree that i3 Srl, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password and e-account (or any part thereof), for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if i3 Srl believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with.
